Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or canceled as all orders are personalized. If you have any questions or notice any mistakes in your order, please contact us directly at Yuzzoshop@gmail.com

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
Because our artists begin working on your order immediately after it's placed, we cannot offer a full refund even if the order has not yet been produced. If you need a refund, we can provide a partial refund, deducting $35 (the cost of the digital design) from the total amount, as work has already been started. Please note that the "First in Line" fee is non-refundable.

If your order has already been produced, we cannot offer any type of refund. 

If you would like us to create a new design from a different photo, a charge of $12 per new photo will apply as a new drawing will need to be created from scratch.

Damaged Products
For products that arrive damaged, we will send a replacement without any questions. To be eligible, please send photos of the damaged parts. Please note that our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your product was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, even if the product is damaged.

Email Communication Issues
Ensure that the email address provided with your order is correct and valid, as you need to approve your design before we can start production. If you have not received any email from us within 7 working days of your purchase, please check your spam folder. If there is no response within 48 working hours, it is likely that our emails are being bounced back. In this case, please contact us using a different email address so we can send you the digital proof.

Additional Information
We cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for products delivered after the estimated delivery date, apart from informing you of any known delays. The delivery times listed on our website are average estimates; some deliveries may take longer, while others may arrive faster.
